A Wyoming LLC must maintain a Registered Agent and registered office that satisfy the Secretary of State's requirements.
FilingOak includes First-Year Registered Agent Service with Wyoming formation. The service does not renew automatically after the first year.

Wyoming filings are public records
Wyoming's Secretary of State makes clear that information submitted in business filings becomes public information.

It does not make the LLC invisible, eliminate information Wyoming requires or guarantee that a bank, marketplace or payment processor will accept the same address for its own separate purpose.
Wyoming's annual report is due on the first day of the anniversary month
Wyoming LLCs file an annual report every year. Wyoming Secretary of State business fee schedule.
The report is due on the first day of the month in which the LLC was originally formed.
The annual report license tax is currently the greater of:
- $60, or
- $0.0002 of the value of assets located and employed in Wyoming.
For an LLC without enough Wyoming assets to push the calculation above the minimum, the ordinary annual state amount starts at $60.
The future annual report and license tax are separate from the $598 FilingOak formation total.
Wyoming can move an entity toward dissolution when the required report and payment remain outstanding beyond the state's delinquency period.
FilingOak's Compliance Center carries the formation month into the annual-report calendar so the due date follows the actual Wyoming rule.
If you later want FilingOak to handle the recurring state filing rather than self-file it, the Annual Report Filing service is separate from LLC formation.
The Operating Agreement remains an internal company record
Wyoming's public formation filing is not the company's full ownership and governance document.
FilingOak includes a State-Specific Operating Agreement prepared around the actual ownership and management facts supplied for formation.
The agreement is not represented as legal advice or attorney review. Complex governance or ownership arrangements requiring legal judgment should be handled with an appropriate attorney.
