When you start the service inside FounderVault, you identify your LLC and its jurisdiction so the appropriate Registered Agent service can be connected to the company.
You do not need a different FilingOak account because one LLC is in Wyoming and another is in Florida. Your FilingOak work can remain connected to the same FounderVault account while separate companies retain their own information and service records.

Your service information, applicable released documents, renewal information and support have somewhere to belong instead of being scattered across unrelated emails and attachments.
Registered Agent service renews annually when recurring renewal is authorized. FounderVault shows whether auto-renew is on or off and lets you turn it off if you do not want the next automatic renewal.
Turning off auto-renew does not erase the service period you have already paid for.

What Happens When Legal Mail Arrives?
A Registered Agent is not useful merely because an address appears on a state filing.
Applicable official and legal documents received through the Registered Agent relationship also need to reach you.
When applicable legal mail is received through your FilingOak Registered Agent service, it moves through the Registered Agent infrastructure to FilingOak.
When I receive the applicable legal mail, I upload it to your FounderVault.
FilingOak remains your customer-facing point of contact. You do not need to chase the infrastructure behind the service or work out who to contact when a document belongs to your LLC.
I do not publish a guaranteed document-delivery timeline that depends on steps outside FilingOak’s control.
When the applicable legal mail reaches me, I make it available through your FounderVault.
