FilingOak is operated by Enterobiz LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company. “FilingOak,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Enterobiz LLC doing business through the FilingOak brand.
1. What Maya Is
Maya is FilingOak's AI-powered filing guide. Maya is designed to reduce filing friction by helping customers understand intake questions, navigate workflows, communicate in supported languages, structure customer-provided information, explain FilingOak services, locate supported account information, and perform or initiate supported account actions.
2. AI Disclosure
Maya uses artificial-intelligence technology. AI systems can misunderstand requests, mistranslate information, produce incomplete or inaccurate output, or fail to account for facts they were not given. FilingOak therefore provides customer review and editing opportunities where supported and appropriate.
3. Not Professional Advice
Maya is not a lawyer, CPA, accountant, tax adviser, investment adviser, government official, or substitute for professional advice. Maya may explain FilingOak workflows and general filing information but does not create a professional advisory relationship.
4. Customer Information and Review
Customers must provide truthful and accurate information. Where FilingOak presents information for review, customers should review it and correct errors they identify before approval, signature, or submission. Errors discovered later should be reported promptly.
5. FilingOak Responsibility
Using AI does not eliminate FilingOak's responsibility for FilingOak's own work. FilingOak will not automatically shift an error to the customer merely because Maya or another FilingOak system processed information that the customer accurately supplied. Responsibility remains allocated under the Terms of Service and applicable law.
6. Multilingual Intake
Maya may accept supported languages and translate, normalize, or structure customer information into English or another format needed for FilingOak workflows or government forms. Unless expressly stated otherwise, this is an operational convenience and not a certified translation service. Customers should review translated or transformed information when a review step is presented.
7. Account-Aware Actions
Where supported and authorized, Maya may use account context to help locate a saved draft, navigate FounderVault, resend a supported signature request, manage a supported renewal setting, or initiate another available account action. Sensitive or consequential actions may require authentication, confirmation, or additional verification.
8. Data and Providers
Information submitted to Maya may be processed by FilingOak and technology providers acting for FilingOak as reasonably necessary to provide AI functionality, operate FilingOak, maintain security, and support requested services. FilingOak does not sell customer personal data and does not authorize providers to use customer personal data for their own independent marketing. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.
9. Escalation
Some matters may require FilingOak review or another process. FilingOak may route, pause, or escalate a matter when information is inconsistent, a government issue arises, identity or authorization is uncertain, a workflow is unsupported, or human review is otherwise appropriate.
10. Government Decisions
Maya cannot control state agencies, the IRS, or other government bodies. Statements about expected government processing are informational estimates unless expressly stated otherwise and do not guarantee approval, issuance, or timing.
11. Changes to Maya
FilingOak may improve, replace, or modify Maya's models, interfaces, capabilities, supported languages, and workflows. FilingOak will not use such changes to avoid performing a paid service already purchased under the applicable service terms.
