FilingOak is operated by Enterobiz LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company. “FilingOak,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Enterobiz LLC doing business through the FilingOak brand.
1. Purpose
This Notice explains browser or device technologies FilingOak may use on its website and FounderVault. It should be kept synchronized with FilingOak's actual production technology stack.
2. Strictly Necessary Technologies
FilingOak may use cookies, local storage, session identifiers, or similar technologies necessary for login sessions, security, transaction state, fraud prevention, traffic routing, user choices, and core website or FounderVault functionality.
3. Preferences
Where deployed, FilingOak may use technologies that remember choices such as language, interface preferences, or other settings.
4. Analytics and Performance
If FilingOak deploys analytics or performance tools, those technologies may collect information about page and feature use, device or browser characteristics, error events, and performance. Material analytics providers should be identified where applicable law requires it.
5. Advertising and Cross-Site Tracking
This Notice does not claim that FilingOak uses advertising cookies, behavioral advertising, or cross-site tracking. If FilingOak later deploys such technologies, its Privacy Policy, this Notice, and any legally required consent or opt-out controls should be updated before or when they are activated.
6. User Controls
Browser settings may allow users to delete or block certain cookies. Blocking strictly necessary technologies can prevent login, security, checkout, saved preferences, or other features from working. Where applicable law requires consent or an opt-out for a nonessential technology, FilingOak will provide the required control.
7. Opt-Out Preference Signals
Where applicable law requires FilingOak to recognize a legally valid browser-based opt-out preference signal for processing actually performed by FilingOak, FilingOak will implement the required response. This Notice does not claim that every privacy law or signal applies in every circumstance.
8. Updates
FilingOak should review this Notice whenever its website, FounderVault, analytics, advertising, consent-management, authentication, or security stack materially changes. The public version should match technologies actually running in production.
