Georgia LLC Formation Service

FilingOak uses that same $110 state-side amount. Georgia Secretary of State LLC filing procedures.

Georgia requires an annual registration
A Georgia LLC files an annual registration rather than an annual report. Georgia Secretary of State LLC filing procedures.
The first annual registration is due between January 1 and April 1 of the year after formation. Subsequent registrations follow the same annual window. The current online registration charge is $60.
Georgia also permits an LLC to file annual registrations for multiple calendar years in advance under the state's current system.
The registration keeps important company information current, including principal-office and Registered Agent information. FilingOak's Compliance Center and reminders keep the actual Georgia filing window visible.
If you later want FilingOak to handle the recurring state filing rather than self-file it, the Annual Report Filing service is separate from LLC formation.
Georgia requires a physical registered-office location
A Georgia LLC must maintain a Registered Agent and registered office. The registered-office address is a physical Georgia street location where the agent can be found in person.
FilingOak includes First-Year Registered Agent Service. The included service does not automatically renew after the first year.
Organizer information does not equal a complete ownership list
Georgia's formation workflow collects organizer information along with the LLC name, principal-office information and Registered Agent details.
The organizer is the person carrying out the formation act. The organizer is not automatically an owner, and the formation filing does not become a complete ownership register merely because organizer information is present.
FilingOak supplies only the information the filing legitimately requires and does not add internal ownership information unnecessarily.
Public Record Address Privacy remains bounded
FilingOak includes Public Record Address Privacy where an appropriate FilingOak-supported address can legitimately perform the required public-record role.
It does not guarantee anonymity, replace every company address or require banks, payment processors or marketplaces to accept the address for unrelated purposes.
