FilingOak · LLC Formation by State
New Mexico LLC Formation Service
New Mexico's statutory LLC formation fee is $50. FilingOak's New Mexico state-side amount is $52, making the standard FilingOak order $547.
New Mexico does not currently require a routine annual or biennial Secretary of State report for a domestic LLC. That makes the maintenance calendar simpler than many states, but it does not eliminate event-driven filings or other business obligations.
Light routine reporting, real continuing duties
The $547 FilingOak order is separate from New Mexico's $50 statutory fee
| Order component | Amount |

| FilingOak LLC Formation service | $495 |
| New Mexico FilingOak state-side amount | $52 |
| Standard FilingOak order | $547 |
New Mexico has no routine LLC annual or biennial report
New Mexico's current Limited Liability Company Act does not create a routine annual or biennial Secretary of State report for an ordinary domestic LLC. Changes to the registered agent, addresses, name or other company facts still have to be filed when they actually occur.
The $52 FilingOak state amount is not the statutory $50 fee
FilingOak shows the $52 state-side amount separately from New Mexico's $50 statutory formation fee, so the checkout price does not rewrite the state's fee schedule.
New Mexico's light filing still needs a registered agent
New Mexico uses the Secretary of State business portal for domestic LLC formation and requires a registered agent plus the company information requested by the filing. FilingOak prepares the state filing and internal documents from the founder's actual facts.

No annual report does not create a private New Mexico LLC
The registered agent, addresses and other information New Mexico requires can become public. Public Record Address Privacy applies only where an eligible field can legitimately use the FilingOak-supported address workflow.

New Mexico's light Secretary of State maintenance can make DIY attractive
New Mexico's low filing fee and lack of a recurring LLC report can make direct filing an especially reasonable choice for a founder who already has the registered-agent requirement covered.
FilingOak is the option when the broader formation package is worth the service fee; FilingOak does not manufacture an annual filing to make that package look necessary.
