FilingOak · LLC Formation by State
Louisiana LLC Formation Service
Louisiana's current numbers are different from older guidance that still circulates. The current domestic LLC Articles fee is $100, not $125, and the annual report is $30, not $35.
FilingOak uses a $105 Louisiana state-side amount for its current filing route, making the standard order $600. Louisiana's published Articles fee remains $100; the $105 FilingOak amount is shown separately rather than relabeled as one statutory $105 fee.
Formation begins an annual state calendar
The $600 order uses Louisiana's current filing charges
| Order component | Amount |
|---|---|
| FilingOak LLC Formation service | $495 |
| Louisiana FilingOak state-side amount | $105 |
| Standard FilingOak order | $600 |
The 2026 Louisiana numbers need to be separated correctly
The state publishes a $100 domestic LLC Articles fee and a $30 annual report fee. Credit-card payments carry the separate $5 convenience fee. FilingOak uses $105 as its state-side amount for the current formation route; that does not turn $105 into the statutory Articles fee.
Optional faster handling remains separate
Louisiana offers paid priority and 24-hour handling options. Those are distinct from the $105 FilingOak state-side amount and should not be silently folded into every formation as if faster service were legally required.
Louisiana formation and the $30 annual report are separate filings
Louisiana forms domestic LLCs through the Secretary of State/GeauxBiz process and requires the registered-agent and company information applicable to the filing. FilingOak prepares that administrative record from the founder's real facts; it does not manufacture a Louisiana presence or management choice.
Louisiana's agent and company information remain public
The state filing can expose the registered agent, addresses and other company information Louisiana asks for. Public Record Address Privacy applies only to legitimate eligible fields and does not promise anonymity or unrestricted address use.
The Louisiana annual report is $30
Louisiana's current annual report fee is $30. It is a later recurring filing and is not included in the $600 formation order. Any payment-method or late charges in effect when the report is actually filed should be checked at that time.
Louisiana official filing and fee guidance
If you later want FilingOak to handle the recurring state filing rather than self-file it, the Annual Report Filing service is separate from LLC formation.

DIY may be enough if the annual report and agent arrangement are already covered
Louisiana provides a direct state filing path. If you already have a registered agent and are comfortable with GeauxBiz and the annual-report calendar, self-filing can be perfectly reasonable.
FilingOak is the option for handling the formation and defined support package together without mislabeling optional expedite or payment charges as the legal filing fee.
