Included EIN Service

You may include EIN Application Service at no additional cost whether the responsible party is a U.S. or non-U.S. resident. If selected, the form will request the required responsible-party information and authorization.

For non-U.S. residents, IRS processing generally takes an estimated 3–4 weeks. If follow-up or another submission is reasonably required, FilingOak continues working with the IRS until the application process is completed.
