FilingOak · LLC Formation by State
Arizona LLC Formation Service
Arizona's base Articles of Organization fee is $50, but FilingOak's current online route uses the state's $35 expedited processing as part of the workflow. That makes the FilingOak Arizona state-side amount $85 and the standard order $580.
Arizona also has a post-approval publication rule that changes depending on county. That is more consequential to the buyer than pretending every Arizona LLC follows one newspaper script.
The county changes the path
The $580 order uses FilingOak's expedited Arizona filing route
| Order component | Amount |
|---|---|
| FilingOak LLC Formation service | $495 |
| Arizona FilingOak state-side amount | $85 |
| Standard FilingOak order | $580 |
Publication depends on the county
Arizona generally requires notice after approval. When the known place of business is in Maricopa or Pima County, the Corporation Commission handles publication through its website. In other counties, the ordinary newspaper-publication route can still apply.
The $85 FilingOak state amount reflects the route FilingOak actually uses
The underlying Articles fee is $50 and the state's expedited processing charge is $35. FilingOak uses that official expedited path in its current Arizona workflow, so the FilingOak state amount is $85 rather than a reconstructed $50 base-fee headline.
Arizona also introduced online identity-verification requirements in 2026. FilingOak will not bypass an identity or authorization control merely to make the filing look faster.
Arizona's statutory agent must accept the appointment
Arizona requires a statutory agent and the agent must accept the appointment. The formation information, known place of business, management disclosures and statutory-agent details have to reflect the actual company and the current Arizona filing workflow.
Arizona puts agent, address and management details into the public file
Arizona's public record can expose the statutory agent, addresses and management information the filing requires. FilingOak can use its address workflow only where Arizona permits the field to be handled that way. It does not turn the statutory-agent service into unrestricted business-address use or guarantee anonymity.
Arizona has no ordinary LLC annual report
An Arizona LLC does not file a routine annual report with the Corporation Commission. The formation calendar instead has to account for the publication step and later changes to the statutory agent, address or other entity facts when they actually occur.
