FilingOak provides a U.S. business mailing address with a unique suite number. When document mail arrives, the mail facility scans it the same day. FilingOak then uploads the available digital copy to FounderVault and emails you when it is ready.

A bill, statement or government letter does not become less important because you work remotely, travel or simply do not want business correspondence arriving at home. It still has to reach the right place, be opened, scanned and made available to you.
The service removes that routine handling. You receive a business mailing address, the facility handles incoming document mail, and FilingOak gives you digital access through FounderVault.
It is a practical service for correspondence. It is not a physical office disguised by a longer description.

After approval, FilingOak provides your assigned business mailing address with a unique suite number. Activation takes up to three business days.
The location receives ordinary business correspondence addressed to your business and assigned suite number.
The mail facility opens and scans document mail on the same day it is received.
Once the digital copy becomes available to FilingOak, we promptly upload it to your FounderVault account.
FilingOak notifies you when the scanned document is available to view in FounderVault.
ONE ANNUAL SERVICE
The facility receives and scans the physical document. FilingOak receives the available digital copy, uploads it to FounderVault and sends your notification.
Same-day scanning describes the facility's scanning step. FilingOak promptly completes the FounderVault upload after the scan becomes available, but does not promise delivery within a guaranteed number of hours.
Scanned documents remain available for as long as reasonably possible. FounderVault is not promised as permanent archival storage, so download and retain your own copies of important documents.
DIGITAL AFTER SCANNING
Physical forwarding, pickup, return and storage options are not available. Junk mail is destroyed rather than scanned. If you may need an original paper document later, this service is not suitable for that mail.
CLEAR BOUNDARIES BEFORE CHECKOUT
Mail Scanning handles ordinary business correspondence. It is separate from Registered Agent service and does not guarantee acceptance by banks, payment processors or marketplaces.
A Registered Agent receives service of process and official notices under state requirements. Some businesses need both services. Others need only one.
Third parties apply their own rules and may request a residential address, operating address, proof of occupancy or other documents. FilingOak cannot control those decisions.

The service is not represented as nationwide. The available address is selected from supported locations offered during setup.
SIMPLE ANNUAL PRICING
There is no package tier, rush fee, subscription add-on or hidden overage schedule.
After the included 25 items are used, scanning pauses until the $29 charge for the next item is paid.
REFUNDS, CANCELLATION AND RENEWAL
FilingOak commits the full annual service cost as soon as the order is placed. Customer-requested cancellation or a change of mind is not refundable.
If the order is rejected during the compliance and legitimacy review and the service cannot be activated, FilingOak issues a full refund.
Access remains available until the existing one-year term expires. Cancellation does not create a prorated refund.
